  good points~ good service, good stock availability, well matured meat, nothings too much trouble.
  bad points~ overstocked produce and over displayed products frozen down,(ask to view one of the many chest freezers ??) then defrosted and glazed in marinade for sale or processed through pickling / cooking / pies.
  it would appear majority of fresh turkeys and turkey crowns are previously frozen and are defrosted a week before xmas for sale as fresh at a premium price ??????. (better still just ask to view back fridge ???)
  sometimes supermarket meat can be bland because its still fresh and has not matured fully, but because of legilisation and media coverage, supermarkets cannot afford to take chances

  The Guys at tantum are fab they really know meat which is more than can be said of the supermarket "butchers" what a cheek calling them that after a couple of weeks on a course.
  
  the quality of meat is superb no added rubbish
  and a not pumped up with water and glucose.
  For a real treat try the Dry cured bacon its a bit salty but you can rinse it if you wish and its still fantastic.
  
  well done guys hope you keep going and going otherwise we will all be made ill buying cheap rubbish filled with god knows what.
  
  remember folks you get what you pay for and if you skimp and buy supermarket trash, then do not be suprised when you are ill with major stomach problems because thats what you have bought so cheaply.
